Noncontrolling Interests	20. Noncontrolling Interests Noncontrolling interests represent the portion of equity in a consolidated entity held by owners other than the consolidating parent. Noncontrolling interests are reported in the consolidated balance sheets within equity. Revenue, expenses and net income attributable to both the Company and the noncontrolling interests are reported in the consolidated statements of operations. Until September 2018, our consolidated financial statements included noncontrolling interests related to the Company’s ownership of 51% of an entity which owns the real estate for the Company’s nightclub in Philadelphia. The Company acquired the remaining not-owned portion of the entity in September 2018. Our consolidated financial statements include noncontrolling interests related principally to the Company’s ownership of 51% of an entity which owns one of the Company’s nightclubs in New York City.

The entire disclosure for noncontrolling interest in consolidated subsidiaries, which could include the name of the subsidiary, the ownership percentage held by the parent, the ownership percentage held by the noncontrolling owners, the amount of the noncontrolling interest, the location of this amount on the balance sheet (when not reported separately), an explanation of the increase or decrease in the amount of the noncontrolling interest, the noncontrolling interest share of the net Income or Loss of the subsidiary, the location of this amount on the income statement (when not reported separately), the nature of the noncontrolling interest such as background information and terms, the amount of the noncontrolling interest represented by preferred stock, a description of the preferred stock, and the dividend requirements of the preferred stock.
