Accounts Payable, Creators	Accounts Payable, CreatorsAccounts payable, creators consists of unremitted ticket sale proceeds, net of Eventbrite service fees and applicable taxes. Amounts are remitted to creators within five business days subsequent to the completion of the related event. Creators may apply to receive a portion of these proceeds prior to completion of their events. For qualified creators, the Company passes ticket sales proceeds to the creator prior to the event, subject to certain limitations. Internally, the Company refers to these payments as advance payouts. When an advance payout is made, the Company reduces its cash and cash equivalents with a corresponding decrease to its accounts payable, creators. As of September 30, 2022 and December 31, 2021, advance payouts outstanding was approximately $394.0 million and $319.3 million, respectively.
