Subsequent Events [Text Block]	Note 12. Subsequent Events In April 2024, the Company sold 526,581 shares of common stock under the 2023 Equity Distribution Agreement. For the same period, the Company received total accumulated net proceeds of approximately $5.8 million, including $0.1 million of offering expenses, from these sales. On April 1, 2024, Provivi, Inc. (“Provivi”) paid down $4.7 million of the principal amount of its loans outstanding and $0.3 million of its ETPs under the Venture Loan and Security Agreement by and among the Company and Provivi, dated as of June 15, 2020, as amended. On April 11, 2024, the Company funded a $0.5 million equity investment to an existing portfolio company, Better Place Forests Co. On April 22, 2024, Camp NYC, Inc. paid down $1.0 million of the principal amount of its loan outstanding.

The entire disclosure for significant events or transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date through the date the financial statements were issued or the date the financial statements were available to be issued. Examples include: the sale of a capital stock issue, purchase of a business, settlement of litigation, catastrophic loss, significant foreign exchange rate changes, loans to insiders or affiliates, and transactions not in the ordinary course of business.
