Subsequent Events	25. Subsequent Events In October 2025, the Sandy Creek Apartments GIL with outstanding principal of $12.1 million was redeemed in full. Proceeds of approximately $9.7 million were used to repay the related TOB trust financing. In October 2025, the Partnership issued 500,000 Series B Preferred Units to a financial institution, resulting in $5,000,000 in aggregate proceeds to the Partnership. These Series B Preferred Units were issued in a registered offering pursuant to a registration statement on Form S-3, which was declared effective by the Commission on September 27, 2024.
