the place and arrangements of the annual general meeting of wulff group plc
change on 2.4.2020
Wulff changes the annual general arrangements due to corona virus (COVID-19).
The Board of Directors of Wulff has decided that the company’s annual general
meeting will be held in the company’s own premises in Espoo according the the
authorities’ regulations regarding attendance.
The place of the annual general meeting is the Wulff house at Kilonkartanontie
3, Espoo. The time of the meeting is on April 2, 2020 at 12.00. as announced
earlier. The new arrangement enables the annual general meeting to convene and
to pay out the 0.11 euro dividend per share to the shareholders of Wulff in the
original time schedule.
The meeting will be as short as possible and only the essential items according
to the notice will be handled. There will be no coffee service available or
material to hand over. The company has received a notification from the largest
shareholders that they agree with the proposals presented in the notice of the
annual general meeting and that instead of being present, they will attend the
annual general meeting using powers of attorney.
It is possible to follow the meeting via video online through an address to be
announced on wulff.fi/en/investors/. We hope that as many participants and
especially people among risk groups will attend the meeting online due to the
current circumstances in Finland. Please note that the participants following
the meeting online will not be recognized as shareholders attending the annual
general meeting and they have no right to vote or present questions.
