Commitments and Contingencies	Note 13. Commitments and Contingencies We have pledged approximately $9.7 million of our cash and cash equivalents as collateral and letters of credit for certain banking requirements and contracts. As of July 31, 2011, outstanding letters of credit totaled $8.7 million. These expire on various dates through May 2012.
