Commitments and Contingencies	Note 12. Commitments and Contingencies We have pledged approximately $4.5 million of our cash and cash equivalents as collateral and letters of credit for certain banking requirements and contracts. As of January 31, 2012, outstanding letters of credit totaled $1.9 million. These expire on various dates through October 2013.
