Commitments and Contingencies	Commitments and Contingencies We have pledged approximately $11.3 million of our cash and cash equivalents as collateral and letters of credit for certain banking requirements and contracts. As of April 30, 2012, outstanding letters of credit totaled $9.0 million. These expire on various dates through April 2017.
