Restricted cash	Restricted Cash As of July 31, 2013 and October 31, 2012, we have pledged $10.0 million and $10.6 million, respectively, of our cash and cash equivalents as collateral and letters of credit for certain banking requirements and contracts. As of July 31, 2013, outstanding letters of credit totaled $7.7 million compared to $9.6 million at October 31, 2012. These expire on various dates through April 2019.
