[1]	The number of shares of common stock issuable upon conversion of the Series C Preferred Stock was calculated using the liquidation preference value outstanding on October 31, 2018 of $9.0 million divided by the reduced conversion price of $18.00 and the liquidation preference of $33.3 million divided by the conversion price of $22.08 as of October 31, 2017. The actual number of shares was subject to variation depending on the actual market price of the Company’s common shares on the dates of such conversions. All Series C Preferred Stock was converted prior to October 31, 2019.
[2]	The number of shares of common stock issuable upon conversion of the Series D Preferred Stock was calculated using the liquidation preference value outstanding on October 31, 2018 of $30.7 million divided by the conversion price of $16.56. The actual number of shares issued was subject to variation depending on the actual market price of the Company’s common shares on the dates of such conversions. All Series D Preferred Stock was converted prior to October 31, 2019.
