Subsequent Events	Note 18. Subsequent Events Amended Sales Agreement Subsequent to July 31, 2024, the Company sold approximately 2.2 million shares of its common stock under the Amended Sales Agreement at an average price of $0.51 per share, resulting in gross proceeds of approximately $1.1 million before deducting sales commissions and fees, and net proceeds to the Company of approximately $1.1 million after deducting sales commissions and fees totaling approximately $21.9 thousand. As of the date of this report, approximately $225.3 million of shares remained available for sale under the Amended Sales Agreement.

The entire disclosure for significant events or transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date through the date the financial statements were issued or the date the financial statements were available to be issued.
