The annual general meeting of ALK-Abelló A/S will take place on Friday, March
26, 2010 at 4.00 p.m. at ALK-Abelló A/S, 1 Břge Allé, 2970 Hřrsholm, Denmark.
The agenda of the meeting including the complete proposals from the Board of
Directors to the AGM is attached. 

The shareholders will be notified of the AGM in the Danish newspaper Berlingske
Tidende on Thursday, March 4, 2010.
