product innovation at Franklin Covey.&#160;&#160;During her time at Franklin
Covey, she has co-facilitated the Company&#8217;s audio program and The 4 Disciplines
of Execution, with Stephen R. Covey, author of <font style="DISPLAY: inline; FONT-STYLE: italic">The 7 Habits of Highly Effective
People</font>.&#160;&#160;Previous to joining Franklin Covey in 1996, Jennifer
was a Change Management Consultant with Accenture.&#160;&#160;Jennifer has
bachelors and master's degrees in organizational communication and business

throughout the United States.&#160;&#160;David has managed the domestic sales
force since September 2004.&#160;&#160;Prior to this appointment, David was the
President and General Manager of the Company&#8217;s International Division from
September 2001 to August 2004.&#160;&#160;David has also served as the Managing
Director of Franklin Covey Australia.&#160;&#160;David earned his MBA from
Harvard University and prior to receiving his MBA, David worked for two years
for Procter &amp; Gamble in Phoenix, Arizona as a Sales
Representative.&#160;&#160;David is the son of Stephen R. Covey, who currently
serves as Vice-Chairman of the Company&#8217;s Board of Directors, and he is the
brother of Michael Sean Merrill Covey.</font></div>

xQ; The 4 Disciplines of Execution; and Leadership.&#160;&#160;Sean is also the
author of several books, including The 6 Most Important Decisions You'll Ever
Make, The 7 Habits of Happy Kids, and the international bestseller The 7 Habits
of Highly Effective Teens, which has been translated into 20 languages and has
sold over 4 million copies.&#160;&#160;Sean graduated with honors from Brigham
Young University with a Bachelor's degree in English and later earned his MBA
from Harvard Business School.&#160;&#160;Sean is the son of Stephen R. Covey,
who serves as Vice-Chairman of the Company&#8217;s Board of Directors, and he is the
brother of David M.R. Covey.&#160;&#160;Sean also receives royalty payments, in
addition to his regular salary, for sales of books that he has
authored.&#160;&#160;During the fiscal year ended August 31, 2008, the Company
paid Sean $181,000 for royalties on these book sales.</font></div>

world.&#160;&#160;He has written extensively about workforce performance
improvement and is recognized for his expertise in global best practices of
cross-cultural management, strategic negotiations, and conflict resolution for
multinational and government organizations.&#160;&#160;Stephane&#8217;s educational
and professional credentials include: Certification as a Mediator by JAMS, in
Boston, Massachusetts; Graduate of University of Paris-Nanterre with two
postgraduate degrees, one in Law and the other in Educational Science
(DEA-DESS-Doctorate); a member of the Board of Trustees in the International
Franchise Association Education Foundation; and the ICFE Board of

Program and The 4 Disciplines of Execution.&#160;&#160;He also worked for
several years as the Company&#8217;s Director of Recruitment and was responsible for
attracting, hiring, and retaining top talent for the
organization.&#160;&#160;&#160;Prior to Franklin Covey, Todd worked in the
medical industry for 9 years where he recruited physicians and medical
executives along with marketing physician services to hospitals and clinics
throughout the country.</font></div>
