DIVIDENDS The Company has paid cash dividends in the past, however, the Company currently intends to retain future earnings and does not anticipate paying cash dividends in the near future. Any future determination to pay dividends will be at the discretion of the Board and will depend on the Company’s financial condition, results of operations, capital requirements, any legal or contractual restrictions on the payment of dividends, and other factors the Board deems relevant.
