On 30 December 2010, the rights issue of Alm. Brand A/S (the “Company”) was
completed, cf. announcement no. 23/2010 of 30 December 2010. 



In connection with the expiry of the stabilisation period, SEB Enskilda
Corporate Finance, Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken A/S (branch of Skandinaviska
Enskilda Banken AB (publ), Sweden) (“SEB Enskilda”), acting as Sole Lead
Manager and stabilisation agent, has notified the Company that SEB Enskilda has
effected no transactions during the stabilisation period to stabilise or
maintain the price of the offer shares or the Company's existing shares.
