Subsequent Events [Text Block]	M – Subsequent Events On December 1, 2023, the Company entered into a definitive agreement to purchase the ongoing dealership assets of Allied Union Group, Inc., an Arkansas corporation doing business as Central Auto Sales located in Hot Springs, Arkansas. The acquisition of Central Auto Sales will enhance the Company’s presence in Hot Springs and expand its reconditioning capabilities.
