Subsequent Events On May 16, 2023, the Company completed an offering pursuant to Tier 2 of Regulation A, in which it raised $16,011,017, net of underwriting commission costs of $1,205,130, from the sale of 2,374,641 shares of common stock at a price of $7.25 per share. Subsequently, on May 17, 2023, the Company filed a Form 8-A in connection with the listing of its common stock on Nasdaq, which was declared effective on the same date. At that time, each outstanding share of Series A, Series B, and Series C preferred stock was converted into two shares of common stock of the Company.
