Line Of Credit	(6) Line of Credit The Company has a line of credit with a bank in the amount of $1 million, secured by certain Company assets. The outstanding balance of our line of credit for the periods ended September 30, 2011 and December 31, 2010 was $0. This line of credit has no defined termination date and there is no penalty for unused balances.
