401(k) Profit-Sharing Plan	(11) 401(k) Profit-Sharing Plan We have a 401(k) profit-sharing plan covering substantially all employees who meet defined service requirements. The Company may make maximum contributions of 100% of the first 3% and 50% of the next 2% of the participant’s salary. The Company contributions under this plan were $107,060 and $118,160 for the years ended December 31, 2012 and 2011, respectively.
