SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	12.  SUBSEQUENT EVENTS In May 2012, the Company was notified that a roaming partner exercised its previously existing call option to purchase a portion of the Company’s roaming network comprised of spectrum and certain related cell sites for approximately $15.6 million.  These cell sites generated approximately $15 million in wholesale revenue during the 2011 fiscal year. The Company expects to enter into definitive documentation for the purchase by the end of the second quarter of 2012, and currently expects to close the purchase in late 2012 or early 2013.
