SUBSEQUENT EVENT	18. SUBSEQUENT EVENTS         On February 12, 2015, the Company signed an agreement to sell substantially all of the assets of its retail wireless business in the Turks and Caicos islands to Cable & Wireless (TCI) Limited. The transaction is subject to customary closing terms and conditions. The companies expect to complete the transaction in the first quarter of 2015 and the Company anticipates recording a loss on the sale of approximately $19 million at that time.
