Comprehensive Income (Loss) Note [Text Block]	(6) COMPREHENSIVE LOSS Comprehensive loss for the periods reported was comprised solely of our net loss. The comprehensive loss for the three and nine months ended September 30, 2013 was $12.9 million and $41.2 million, respectively. The comprehensive loss for the three and nine months ended September 30, 2012 was $6.1 million and $15.6 million, respectively. There were no changes in equity that were excluded from our net loss for all reported periods.
