Subsequent Events	12. Subsequent Events On August 8, 2022, we entered into an agreement to sell 16.1 million shares of our common stock in a private placement at a purchase price of $3.10 per share. In addition, as a component of the private placement, we agreed to sell 8.5 million pre-funded warrants to purchase shares of our common stock at a purchase price of $3.0999 per share. The pre-funded warrants have an exercise price of $0.0001 per share. The total expected net proceeds from the sale of the common stock and pre-funded warrants is $75.2 million (net of $1.3 million in issuance costs).
