Share-Based Compensation	(5) Share-Based Compensation Total compensation expense for share-based compensation arrangements recognized in the condensed consolidated statements of operations as a component of selling, general and administrative expenses was $1,350 and $993 for the three months ended March 31, 2012 and 2011, respectively. Of these amounts, $225 and $74 for the three months ended March 31, 2012 and 2011, respectively, were related to the Long-Term Cash Incentive Plan “Phantom Shares” discussed in Note 10.
