Disclosure Of Compensation Related Costs Share Based Payments [Text Block]	(4) Share-Based Compensation Total compensation expense for share-based compensation arrangements recognized in the condensed consolidated statements of operations as a component of selling, general and administrative expenses was $1,387 and $1,350 for the three months ended March 31, 2013 and 2012, respectively. Of these amounts, $156 and $225 for the three months ended March 31, 2013 and 2012, respectively, were related to the Long-Term Cash Incentive Plan “Phantom Shares” discussed in Note 10.
