Share-Based Compensation	(6) Share-Based Compensation Compensation expense for share-based compensation arrangements, which is recognized in the condensed consolidated statements of operations as a component of SG&A expenses, was $1,105 and $1,376 for the three months ended September 30, 2019 and 2018, respectively. For the nine months ended September 30, 2019 total share-based compensation was $4,699 compared to $4,214 for the nine months ended September 30, 2018. Total share-based compensation for the nine months ended September 30, 2019 included accelerated expense associated with the retirement of eligible employees of $674 and the nine months ended September 30, 2018 included income for forfeiture of certain grants associated with employee resignations.
