(A) Severance costs for the three and six months ended June 30, 2023 related to COGS and SG&A were $369 and $10, respectively.

(B) Severance costs for the three months ended June 30, 2023 related to COGS and SG&A were $82 and $1,265, respectively. Severance costs for the six months ended June 30, 2023 related to COGS and SG&A were $257 and $1,399, respectively.

(C) Severance costs for the six months ended June 30, 2022 related to SG&A were $34.

(D) Employee separation related costs for the three and six months ended June 30, 2023 related to SG&A were $169 and $1,122, respectively. Employee separation related costs for the three and six months ended June 30, 2023 related to D&D were $15.
