      Danske Bank issues USD 11,140,000 equity-linked notes linked to Apple



On 14 March 2016, Danske Bank will issue equity-linked notes linked to the
performance of the share price of Apple Inc. The notes are designated "DB Apple
Sprinter 2017" (ISIN XS1377800112). 



The notes are issued at a price of 100, carry no interest and will be redeemed
at maturity at a price linked to the performance of the underlying equity. 

The participation rate has been fixed at 290%.

The notes are issued under Danske Bank’s EUR 5,000,000,000 Structured Note
Programme dated 23 June 2015. 

The notes will be issued on 14 March 2016 and will mature on 14 March 2017. The
notes will be registered with Euroclear Brussels. Danske Bank will file an
application for the notes to be listed on NASDAQ Copenhagen A/S from 14 March
2016.
