Postemployment Benefits Disclosure [Text Block]	NOTE 9 - DEFINED CONTRIBUTION PLAN The Company sponsors a defined contribution 401(k) plan that is available to substantially all employees. The plan may be amended or terminated at any time by the Board of Directors. The Company provided no matching contributions to the plan for the years ended December 31, 2011 and 2010.
