Subsequent Events [Text Block]	NOTE 15 – SUBSEQUENT EVENT On March 29, 2013, we amended our Senior Note Payable that provided for updated financial covenants in exchange for an increase in the floor interest rate from 10% to 11.5%.  See Note 5 for more information.
