Schedule of Line of Credit Facilities [Table Text Block] The term loan and revolving loan will bear interest, at our option, at (i) the greater of 1% or LIBOR, plus an applicable margin or (ii) a base rate (as defined in the Credit Agreement) plus an applicable margin. We have elected to use the Libor rate plus the applicable margin, which is 5% for the first six months. The interest rate is 5% for the 6 month period ended September 30, 2014. Interest is payable quarterly and the margin varies based upon our leverage ratio. See table below of applicable margin rates.
