NOTE 13 - LEASE COMMITMENTS

Asure’s future minimum lease payments under all operating and capital leases as of December 31, 2014 are as follows:

Total rent expense under all operating leases for 2014 and 2013 were $624 and $671, respectively. For 2014 and 2013, approximately 47.2% and 45.1%, respectively, of our total operating lease obligations relates to our corporate office facility at Wild Basin in Austin, Texas.
