Restructuring Charges	Note 14. Restructuring Charges On February 25, 2014, we announced a restructuring plan with respect to our wholly-owned subsidiary, Beijing Tongmei Xtal Technology Co, Ltd. (“Tongmei”) in order to better align demand with manufacturing capacity. Under the restructuring plan, Tongmei would implement certain workforce reductions with respect to its manufacturing facility in China. We also announced that the restructuring plan would be completed by March 31, 2014, depending on local legal requirements. In the first quarter of 2014, we reduced the workforce at Tongmei by approximately 93 positions that are no longer required to support production and operations, or approximately 11 percent of the workforce. Accordingly, we recorded a restructuring charge of approximately $907,000 related to the reduction in force for severance-related expenses. As of March 31, 2014, we have completed this restructuring plan and the reduction in force. During the three month period ended June 30, 2014, we incurred no additional restructuring charges.
