Completion of capital reduction in William Demant Holding A/S
As stated in Company announcement no. 2017-04, it was decided at William Demant Holding A/S' ordinary general meeting on 27 March 2017 to reduce the Company's share capital by nominally DKK 1,423,110 divided into 7,115,550 shares of DKK 0.20, corresponding to the Company's holding of treasury shares at 27 February 2017.
The capital reduction was published in the electronic information system of the Danish Business Authority on 8 May 2017. The advertisement period expired without any objections being raised. Consequently, we have today notified the Danish Business Authority of the capital reduction. After the capital reduction, the share capital of William Demant Holding A/S amounts to nominally DKK 51,793,255.
