Subsequent Events	11. Subsequent Events Effective July 15, 2014, the Company vacated, and met the cease use criteria under ASC 420, a portion of its San Diego office facility. Accordingly, during the third quarter of 2014, the Company expects to record approximately $0.8 million of additional restructuring charges resulting from the event.
