COMMITMENTS AND CONTINGENCIES	17. COMMITMENTS AND CONTINGENCIES We are, from time to time, a party to litigation which arises in the normal course of business. Although the ultimate resolution of pending proceedings cannot be determined, in the opinion of management, the resolution of such proceedings in the aggregate will not have a material adverse effect on our financial position, results of operations, or liquidity.
