Subsequent Events [Text Block]	(18) Subsequent Events On February 24, 2024, the Company entered into purchase agreements with certain investors providing for the issuance and sale by the Company of 929 common shares in a registered direct stock offering. The common shares were offered at a price of $35.00 per share, and the gross cash proceeds to the Company were $32,500. We incurred $240 of legal costs related to the offering. The closing of the registered direct offering occurred on February 27, 2024. On February 27, 2024, the Company provided notice to Wells Fargo Securities, LLC of the Company’s intention to terminate the Equity Distribution Agreement effective on March 1, 2024.
