Furthermore, stock units receive dividend equivalents in the form of additional stock units.  The person is reporting on an aggregate basis on Form 5 in accordance with the SEC Interpretive Letter to the American Bar Association (February 10, 1999, Q3). During 2020, the reporting person acquired 262 units of common stock pursuant to the plan.  The price at which units were acquired ranged from $13.78 to $20.86.</footnote>
