The table above includes merger related expenses for the nine months ended September 30, 2020 of $898,000, of which $501,000 was included in data processing fees, $336,000 was included in professional fees, and $61,000 was included in all other noninterest expenses. There were no merger related expenses during the three or nine months ended September 30, 2021 or the three months ended September 30, 2020.
