Related Party Transactions:         The Company incurred legal fees of $110,000, $116,000 and $138,000 for the fiscal years ended September 30, 2012, 2011 and 2010, respectively with a law firm which is a shareholder of the Company.         For the years ended September 30, 2012, 2011 and 2010, respectively, the Company incurred service fees of $2,000, $0, and $25,000 with a commercial graphics firm controlled by an individual who is married to a shareholder and a daughter of the Company's Chairman and Chief Executive Officer.
