FLSmidth has been awarded a contract worth approximately EUR 36m (DKK 265m) by
Korba West Power Corporation Limited for supply and installation of a 1,800
tonnes per hour coal handling plant for their upcoming 2x600 MW power plant,

wholly owned subsidiary of Avantha Power & Infrastructure Limited.

The order comprises track hoppers, paddle feeders, stacker, reclaimers and pipe

feeders and trippers. FLSmidth electrical and air pollution control equipment is
also included in the supply.

"This coal handling package is the sixth material handling order awarded to
FLSmidth in just seven months. It reinforces the strength of FLSmidth's "One
Source" offering and shows the customers' appreciation of the advanced
technology and complete solutions available from FLSmidth's material handling
business as well as the Indian organisation's capability to execute large
turnkey projects," Group CEO Jørgen Huno Rasmussen comments.

The order will contribute beneficially to FLSmidth's earnings until
