Measurement period adjustments for the Starz Merger include a decrease to deferred tax liabilities of $2.4 million, and an increase to other liabilities assumed of $6.4 million. These adjustments resulted in a net decrease of $4.0 million of the fair value of net assets acquired and an increase of $4.0 million to goodwill.
