Subsequent Events	Subsequent Events On February 4, 2019 the Company closed a private offering of $550.0 million of 6.375% Senior Notes. The 6.375% Senior Notes bear interest at a rate of 6.375% per annum and mature on February 1, 2024. The Company expects to use the proceeds of the 6.375% Senior Notes to pay down outstanding amounts under its Revolving Credit Facility and for working capital purposes.
