Subsequent Event	Subsequent Event On March 31, 2017, the underwriters of our offering of Series B Preferred Stock that closed on March 7, 2017, partially exercised their over-allotment option and purchased an additional 100,000 shares of our Series B Preferred Stock at $20.19 per share, which closed on April 5, 2017. The net proceeds to us from the sale of the shares after underwriting discounts were approximately $1.9 million. See note 14.
