Subsequent Events	Subsequent EventOn October 31, 2023, the Company amended its $54.0 million mortgage loan secured by The Ritz-Carlton Lake Tahoe. Terms of the amendment included extending the maturity date by one year to January 2025, with a one-year extension option, amending the interest rate to SOFR + 3.60% and making a pay down of $587,000.
