Concentration of Risk	Concentration of Risk Our investments are all concentrated within the hotel industry. All of our hotel properties are located within the U.S. and its territories. For the year ended December 31, 2024, The Ritz-Carlton St. Thomas, The Ritz-Carlton Sarasota and The Ritz-Carlton Reserve Dorado Beach generated revenues in excess of 10% of total hotel revenue amounting to approximately 33% of total hotel revenue. Financial instruments that potentially subject us to significant concentrations of credit risk consist principally of cash and cash equivalents. We are exposed to credit risk with respect to cash held at various financial institutions that are in excess of the FDIC insurance limits of $250,000 and amounts due or payable under our derivative contracts. Our counterparties to our derivative contracts are investment grade financial institutions.
