Business Combinations	Note 5—Business Combinations In October 2016, the Company acquired the operating assets of C’est Moi with its performance makeup and youth skincare product lines for $0.3 million to further enhance its existing product lines and to continue diversification into other consumer products categories. We expect to launch a full line of makeup and skincare products branded under the C’est Moi name in the U.S. and Canada in the first quarter of 2018. The Company’s investment in C’est Moi is included in trademarks in our consolidated financial statements (See Note 7).

Note 5—Business Combinations
