Note 14—Leases

The Company leases office, warehouse and showroom facilities and certain equipment under operating leases. Rent expense for the years ended December 31, 2015, 2016 and 2017 totaled $11.5 million, $12.3 million and $12.2 million, respectively. Following is a schedule of minimum annual lease payments (in thousands).
