Employee Benefit Plan	NOTE 13 – EMPLOYEE BENEFIT PLAN The Company sponsors a defined-contribution savings plan under Section 401(k) of the Internal Revenue Code covering all full-time employees (Sangamo 401(k) Plan). The Sangamo 401(k) Plan is intended to qualify under Section 401 of the Internal Revenue Code. The Company matched contributions by employees equal to 50% of the first 6% of employee contributions up to a limit of $3,000 in 2015 and $2,000 in 2014. Matching funds are fully vested when contributed. Contributions to the Sangamo 401(k) Plan by the Company were $0.3 million, $0.2 million, and $0.1 million for years ended December 31, 2015, 2014 and 2013, respectively.
