RELATED PARTY TRANSACTION	RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONThe Company acquired 185,400 vested free shares from a former executive of Sangamo, pursuant to the exercise of the Free Shares Options for approximately $0.4 million of cash during the year December 31, 2020. There were no material related party transactions during the year ended December 31, 2021.
